Vaportekusa has gotten some refinished Sigelei #13b's and #8s.  They have been polished and the caps have been stripped and polished.  The buttons are stainless steel.  The price is almost as cheap as buying them without this extra work put into them.  There are NOT that many left. Maybe 50 total.
